1. Returns

   • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

   • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., pet feeders, grooming tools, or custom products) may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refunds

   • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Exchanges

   • If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll happily replace it at no extra cost.

5. Shipping Costs

   • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
